Give So They Can Go
You can support a student missionary! More SM's are preparing for their year in Christian service and are raising funds. Find out
more about this and many other opportunities to strengthen the lives of service for students at
support SAU.
Who can be a Student Missionary?
God loves to partner with persons who posses all types of skills. You may be a nursing student or a computer science major, but the one thing you must possess is a desire to partner with God and be ready for an exciting year of service. Leadership experience is helpful, and in general, each prospective Student Missionary volunteer should be:
- A college sophomore with a minimum 2.0 GPA
- A baptized member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church
- Mature and responsible
- Adaptable, flexible, and open-minded
- Financially responsible in personal and school accounts
- Committed to following the Bible and Adventist principles as a rule of life and have a desire to share Jesus' truth and love
- Possess a spirit of adventure and an openness to be led by God
